Credit Basics
What is the difference between Personal vs Business credit? Personal credit is related to our personal financial spending history. For the small business owner, you may be surprised to learn that you have business credit based on your business’s financial history. In many cases, personal credit and business credit are linked (especially if you are a sole proprietor), but the two are essentially different and should be treated as such. You may be wondering how exactly these two credit types interact—is business credit based on personal credit? Does business credit affect personal credit?
To help you understand personal vs. business credit, and to make informed financial decisions for your small business, this workshop will break down the differences between personal credit and business credit explaining the information you need to know about how these two types of credit relate to one another.
You will also get helpful tips and suggestions on how you can maintain a healthy credit score, how you can separate your personal and business finances, and understand how the credit industry works.
