We are delighted to announce an exciting and groundbreaking collaboration between BiGAUSTIN (BiG) and the Housing Authority of Travis County (HATC). BiG HATC is aimed at empowering residents and providing them with the tools and resources needed to break free from the constraints due to lack of poverty and achieve a brighter future.

Introducing the "Rise and Thrive Initiative"; the HATC resident gateway to transformation, beginning July 1, 2023, BiG HATC is launching an exceptional program exclusively designed for the residents and voucher holders of Travis County. This program is entirely free and has been thoughtfully curated to address the unique challenges residents may encounter on their journey to self-sufficiency.

What Does the Program Include?

Prepare to shine and seize new career opportunities!

The Voices of Residents Matter!

To ensure that we address individuals’ specific needs and provide comprehensive support, we highly value resident input and feedback. Attached to this announcement, you will find a survey designed to allow you to share your thoughts, challenges, and aspirations. Your valuable insights will enable us to better understand your unique circumstances and tailor our program offerings accordingly.

We invite you to take a few moments to complete the survey and make your voice heard. This is your opportunity to express your needs and suggest any additional services or resources that you believe would benefit the community. Together, we can shape a program that truly meets your expectations.

How to Access the Needs Assessment?

The needs assessment is attached to this announcement, and we have also provided a convenient link below for easy access. Simply click on the link or open the attachment, and you will be directed to the survey. Rest assured that your responses will remain anonymous and confidential.
