If you are in need of language services or assistance in a language other than English, please take note of the following information:

We provide language services, including interpretation and translation, to clients free of charge.
Language services are available for all aspects of our programs and services.

To request language services, please inform our staff at the time of scheduling your appointment or during your interaction with our organization.
You may also contact BiGAUSTIN to request language services in advance.

While we aim to provide language services in a variety of languages, we may use telephonic or video interpretation services for languages not covered by our in-house staff.

In-person interpretation services are available upon request. Please notify us in advance to ensure availability.

Written translation of important documents is available upon request. If you need translated materials, please contact our office.
